GAP-GUARDIAN ANGEL PROGRAM (EXTENDED DAY CARE)

Our Guardian Angel Program (GAP) offers both before-school and after-school care. Information about the program, sign-up forms, and payment can be found below. A 50% discount is offered for each additional family member for the morning and full stay programs only.

**Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year begins March 17, 2023.

2023-24 Registration

For those families who will use our before/after school extended GAP program, please register using the following link: GAP 2023-24 Registration Link

- There is a $100 non-refundable, family registration fee. ($125 for registration after June 1st)
- Registration is due by: Thursday, June 1st.
- In order to adequately staff and prepare our program for next year, registrations for current families received after THURSDAY, JUNE 1ST cannot be guaranteed a spot in our Guardian Angel Program AND will result in a $25.00 LATE FEE. Registration after June 1st is $125.

AM Before School Care

Our before school care will continue to be available from 6:45 AM-7:50 AM – $8 per day.

Drop Off Procedures:

All grades enter through the cafeteria door (Door #2-Milburn Avenue) and remain in the cafeteria
Children should eat breakfast before attending AM Before school Care.

PM After School Care

The after school care will offer two options for families: our standard Full Stay after school care (3:15 PM-6:00 PM – $19 per day) and our Short Stay after school care (3:15 PM-4:00 PM – $8 per day).

Pick Up Procedures:

Parents must sign out their students when picking up from after-school care on the available sign-out sheet.
G.A.P. for all grades is located in the cafeteria (Door #2 – Milburn Avenue).
Short Stay PM pick up is by 4:00 PM. If pick up is after 4:00 PM, your account will be billed for Full Stay charges.
Full Stay PM pick up is by 6:00 PM. If pick up is after 6:00 PM, your account will be charged a late fee.

Schedules and Sign-up Forms

Please return the attendance sign-up form to the school front office – attention G.A.P. Program – by 5:30 PM on Thursdays before the week of care to reserve G.A.P. services for the following week. Your FACTS Tuition Account will be billed for the scheduled dates.

G.A.P. will not operate on half days, during school breaks, or on scheduled holidays

Payment

The Guardian Angel Program will use FACTS Tuition Management for payments. Your FACTS Account (same one used for tuition payments) will be billed for the days your child is scheduled for the week. Payment is due monthly (date depending on your payment cycle). For example, if your child is scheduled to attend 3 days of PM Full Stay ($19 per day), your FACTS account will be billed $57 for the week.
